R&D Project Presentation
Presentation Dates: November 6 and 8.
Your presentation must a minimum of 6 and no more than 8 minutes long. Your audience is the party or parties who will use your research, such as a client or an internal committee.
Your presentation must include:
- Introduction: identify the subject, the purpose, background/context, and briefly summarize key findings and recommendations.
- Research: provide an overview of the methods used to conduct your research, and discuss your key findings.
- Graphic: discuss the methods you used to create your graphic, and showcase your graphic.
- Conclusion and Recommendations: final conclusions and recommendations for both your research and your graphic. What should your audience do and why should they want to use your graphic?
The rubric for the presentation is the set of criteria above and how clearly and specifically you address each. It is strongly recommended your focus be on the "body" of the presentation, criterions 2 and 3.
